Big Send Off

Today I watched (and participated in) a Send Off Assembly for the sixth grade class. Fifth graders hosted the event. First through fourth grade classes played enjoyable games with the sixth graders.

On the 19th of March, they will have a graduation ceremony. In America we typically don’t have graduation ceremonies for elementary school or junior high school. I think it is good to remind the kids that they have accomplished a lot; and to encourage them to continue to do well.
