Second Birthday

Yesterday I went to a koto concert. Koto is a Japanese music instrument with many strings. The music was very beautiful. Three friends went with me. We had a good time.

After the concert I went to see a friend in Ise. She couldn’t come to my birthday party, so I had a special party with her. We went to an Okinawan restaurant and tried many special foods. We had a long talk and I realized that I need to study Japanese a lot more.

I returned home very late and am a little tired now. I have been working hard and playing hard lately. This week I will rest.
