When I was in college, I weighed 70 kilograms. I exercised all the time and was in very good shape. After I started working, I exercised less. Slowly I gained weight until three years ago. At that time, I weighed about 84 kg. I have slowly been losing weight. On Sunday I weighed myself and found I was 73 kg. I can’t believe I lost so much weight. Tonight I ran from the train station to my meeting. I was surprised how much energy I had. It was easy to run.
