Don’t sit on the front edge of the chair. Keep about one fist of space between your body and the desk. Keep your back straight. Keep your eyes at least 30 centimeters above the desk. Light up the area around your hands with a bright lamp. Use a dark pencil.
I need a bright desk lamp for studying.
